She is survived by her children, Laurie Deroche Foret (Adrian), Wayne Deroche, and Todd Thibodaux; grandchildren, Kayla Hebert, Austin Hebert, Tyla Deroche, Alexis Deroche, Hailey Deroche, Kyler Deroche, Kolbe Deroche, and Deegan Thibodaux; four great-grandchildren; siblings, Theresa Rodrigue, Mary Deroche, Marie Thibodaux, Suzanne Adams, and George Thibodaux, Jr.; best friend, Mary Lou; and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her daughter, Kelly Hebert; and parents, George Thibodaux, Sr. and Lillian Navarre Thibodaux.
Judy will always be remembered as a loving mother, grandmother, sister, and dear friend. She found joy in the simple things, such as playing bingo, dancing, and spending time with family and friends. She will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.
Visitation will be held on Friday, November 7, 2025 at Samart Funeral Home (4511 West Park Ave, Gray, LA, 70359) from 10:00 am until the Funeral Service at 12:00 pm.
The family would like to extend their gratitude to the nurses and staff at The Lafourche Home for the Aged and Infirm for their care and compassion during Judy's stay. The family would also like to thank everyone for their prayers and well wishes during this time.
