I remember stopping in at my moms on 16th St. and seeing Judy and Spence and the dog on their front porch. Always with the big smile gracious greetings from her. She was a good neighbor and friend to my mom which I appreciated so much. maybe she´s with her now and they´re talking about, what´s going on with 16th St.?
My condolences to Spence and the family. I´m sure she will be missed.

We will forever remember Judy as a strong woman who took care of her family and other before she worried about herself. Meeting as neighbors while living at William Penn Apartments, we quickly became friends. I recall how excited she was when I went into labor and we later asked her to be our daughter's Godmother. May she rest easy now and may God wrap His comforting arms around Spence, Joey and the Frinzi family.
