Julianna held administrative positions in her early career with Ortho Research and Metropolitan Insurance. When asked her greatest life accomplishment, she answered it was her family. Julianna loved the arts: ballet, opera & symphonies. She loved singing from early on with her brother through to her chorus and madrigal performances with Royal Oak Musical in Michigan. She held a lifetime member status to recognize her decades long volunteer contributions in fundraising, administration, and hosting teas. She played the accordion expertly and with a tremendous repertoire. Throughout her life Julianna held a deep faith and was a long-standing member of St James in Ferndale, MI. Julianna made friends wherever she lived throughout her life and will be deeply missed by many.
A Memorial service will be held on Friday Aug. 30 at 6:00 p.m. at the Winn-Cress Funeral Home 5785 Hwy Q Waunakee. A visitation will follow at the funeral following the service until 7:30 p.m. Burial arrangements entrusted to Friedrich-Jones Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Naperville, IL at a later date.
