With heavy hearts and tearful eyes, we bid farewell to our beloved Julianna Spring Stone, who departed this world on December 25, 2023, at the tender age of 17. In her all-too-brief time among us, Julianna graced our lives with her radiant spirit, indomitable courage, and boundless love.
Julianna was not just a daughter, granddaughter, and sister; she was the heart and soul of our family. Her life was a testament to resilience, as she faced adversities with an unwavering strength, always adorned with her infectious smile and a spunky, vibrant personality that touched everyone who crossed her path.
Her love knew no bounds, and her warmth embraced us all. Julianna's passion for life was reflected in the simplest joys she cherished dearly: cuddling close, holding hands with those she cherished, nurturing her beloved "Dollies," and delighting in the joy of school and being the life of the party.
Though her time with us was far too brief, Julianna's impact on our lives is immeasurable. She taught us the true essence of resilience, love, and unwavering courage in the face of adversity. Her absence leaves an irreplaceable void, yet her memory will forever be a beacon of light guiding us through the darkest of days.
Julianna's legacy will endure in our hearts, in the laughter that echoes through our cherished memories, and in the love that binds our family together. Her absence is deeply felt, yet her spirit will continue to live on in the love she shared so generously with us all.
She is survived by her father, Brian Stone; mother, Miranda Higdon; siblings, Tyler, Caleb, and London Stone; paternal grandparents, Martin and Vickie Stone; maternal grandparents, Dirk and Eva Higdon; and uncles Nathaniel Higdon (Nicolle) and Chris Stone (Cheyenne).
Visitation will be 10 a.m. – 12 p.m. Saturday, December 30, 2023, at Scott Funeral Home, 2515 Veterans Parkway – Jeffersonville. Funeral services will begin at the conclusion of receiving hours, 12 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home, with burial to follow at Mt. Moriah Cemetery – Henryville.
