Julie Ann Demaray

Julie Ann Demaray, daughter of Charles Henry Woods and Peggy (Rosburg) Woods was born May 29, 1962 in Osceola, Iowa and passed from this life Thursday, November 6, 2025 at Iowa Methodist Medical Center in Des Moines, Iowa at 63 years of age.
Julie grew up near Osceola and graduated from Clarke Community High School in 1980. Following graduation she moved to Texas and attended Bauder Fashion College, she lived and worked in Texas until returning to Osceola in 2000. Julie worked as an office manager for many agriculture businesses in Osceola, including Lynch Feed and Cactus Family Farms. Julie enjoyed having a big garden and growing many flowers. She was a great cook and her desserts were the best. She was a member of the Osceola Eagles and LifePoint Church in Osceola, she enjoyed being a part of Family Ties BBQ. Julie was united in marriage to Michael Allen Demaray on November 4, 2005 in Osceola. Julie enjoyed life and loved her family dearly.
Julie was preceded in death by her father, Charles Henry Woods. She leaves to cherish her memory, husband, Michael Demaray of Osceola, IA, mother, Peggy Woods of Osceola, IA, very special niece Brianna, step-daughter, Lindsey (Dustin) Rock of Hudson, IA, step-son, Chad (Aly) Demaray of Waterloo, IA, step-daughter, Brittany (Roy) Dowse of Bondurant, IA, sister, Jodie Woods of Osceola, IA, sister, Jacque Valdez of Osceola, IA, sister, Jeanne Klein of Osceola, IA, brother, Chuck (Jenny) Woods of Walker, IA, as well as many other relatives and many friends.
A Celebration of her Life will be held at Kale Funeral Home in Osceola, Thursday November 13, 2025 at 4:00 pm.
Julie's family will greet friends prior to the service from 2:00 until 4:00 at the funeral home
