Julie was born on August 22, 1959, in Lamar, MO, the daughter of Robert J. and Leatha Lee (Brannan) Browne. She graduated from Monett High School Class of 1978 and then furthered her education at MSSC in Joplin. Julie was a respiratory therapist for many years and then owned Glamour Shots in Joplin. She raised Yorkies for years, and enjoyed crafting, sewing and cooking.
Julie is survived by her brother, Steve Browne and wife Mary Ellen of Springfield, MO; one sister, Kathie Browne and husband Larry of Monett; one sister-in-law, Karla Browne of Carlisle, PA and a host of extended family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents; a daughter, Amber Nichole Holland; and one brother, Scott Browne.
Memorial services for Julie will be held at 7:00 p.m. Friday, June 16, 2023 at the Buchanan Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Brian Smith officiating. The family will receive friends from 6:00 until service time. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in care of the funeral home.
