Julie Ann Miller, age 71, of Gibbon, MN passed away peacefully on Wednesday, August 27, 2025, at the Trinity Care Center in Farmington.

Visitation will be held Tuesday, September 2, 2025, from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the Minnesota Valley Funeral Home in Gibbon. A graveside service will follow at 1:00 p.m. at the Immanuel Lutheran Cemetery.

Julie is survived by her son, Jesse (Kara) Miller; her cherished grandson, Bergen, and granddaughter, Finley; her mother, Lois Berger; her brother, Brad (Shirley) Berger; her sister, Lisa (Bruce) Nelson; and many beloved nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her father, Harlan Berger; her niece; and her maternal and paternal grandparents.

Julie Ann Berger was born on March 19, 1954, to Harlan and Lois (Kohls) Berger in New Ulm. She graduated from Gibbon High School in 1972 and from the Humboldt Institute Travel School in 1973. After completing her education, Julie began her career as a travel agent before joining the airline industry, where she worked for Republic, Northwest, and Delta Airlines for nearly 40 years.

Julie was known for her love of travel. Over the years, she visited many countries across six continents and even came within a few hundred miles of Antarctica while cruising. She especially treasured time with her friends, family and adored her role as Grandma and Aunt.

She will be remembered for her adventurous spirit, warmth, and the joy she brought to those around her. Julie's life was a gift to all who knew her, and her memory will be forever cherished. Blessed be her memory.
