Julio Martinez Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by McNutt Funeral Home - Conroe on Feb. 28, 2023.
Julio Martinez of Conroe, Texas tragically passed away on Thursday, February 23, 2023 in Willis, Texas, at the age of 30. He was born on October 13, 1992 to parents, Julian and Irma Martinez.
Julio leaves behind his sons, Julian Joel (JJ) and Damien (D) Martinez; his sisters: Suheily, Brenda, and Jazmin Martinez; brothers: Oscar Martinez, Sergio Ramirez, and Tyler Jones; close friends dear to his heart: Nancy and Durk Wagoner and Yovanni Alanis; aunts: Susy, Cecy, and Uncle Franscisco Martinez; grandmothers, Monica and Jovita; numerous nieces and nephews; his beloved kennel and his Bully Boy Trap Camp family; as well as many more family members and countless friends that he deeply cared for.
Julio was born and raised in Conroe, Texas. He graduated from Conroe High School, Class of 2011. He was a long resident of Conroe, but lived in Willis, Texas. In his early years, Julio worked with his father Julian in his landscaping business and at times even helped with the crawfish business at "The Best in Town." At a young age, Julio would save up his money to buy all types of animals (goats, dogs, down to chickens, a donkey, and a pig) he knew at a young age he had a calling to serve and protect God's creatures. After a few years of struggling with addictions, he overcame them and proved to himself and others that he could be someone. Julio started his Bully Boy Trap Camp business in the early year of 2020, and by the year 2023, his business was successful. Julio inspired, motivated, and helped many people. He left behind a legacy and was living proof that anything is possible. Julio was and is loved by many and will never be forgotten, we will keep his name and memory alive forever. We will never forget his great sense of humor, as he always kept us laughing, it will forever be cherished and missed.
"Trust in the Lord with all of thine heart, and lean not to your own understanding, but in all your ways, acknowledge Him, and He shall direct your paths."
