June Greenwood

June Audrey Greenwood (Copeland) passed away with family by her side on November 21, 2025, leaving a profound and irreplaceable void in the hearts of all who loved her. June was born on June 17, 1940, in Kalamazoo, Michigan to Harold and Audrey (Argersinger) Getz.

June was known for making beautiful Quilts. She was an avid sewer. Above all, she had a deep and unwavering love for her husband and family. June moved to several states in her life and visited all 50 states. She even went white water rafting down the Colorado River.

June is survived by her three children: Christine (George) Breeden, Diane Helton, Amy (Vince) Renda; her grandchildren: Ashley Porter and Jennifer Porter; her great grandchildren: Myla Porter and Waylon Brookman. She is also survived by her sister Skeet (Juanita) Steeby as well as several nieces, nephews and extended family and friends.

A memorial gathering to honor and celebrate June’s life will be held on Thursday, Dec. 4th between 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Friends and loved ones are invited to gather, share memories, and support one another during this difficult time.

Memorial contributions can be made to St. Jude’s’s Children’s Hospital.
