June Allison Therrien

The family of June Allison Therrien, 76, of Georgia, announces that she passed away peacefully October 30, 2025, in Georgia. She was born in Newport, June 20, 1949 to Lawrence and Rosanna (LaPlante) Bevins. June married Patrick Therrien, July 1, 1967. June worked for Fonda Container Corporation in production for 35 years. She served as Secretary of the Union while at Fonda.
June was a kind and caring person. She was known as "Bridget" by her close friends and family. She enjoyed going to lawn sales, playing Bingo, and going fishing. She was a volunteer for the Franklin County Senior Center. June loved being at family gatherings. She also enjoyed wildlife, and especially her horse Phantom.
She is survived by her husband of 58 years Patrick Therrien of Georgia, VT, her son Lance Therrien of Georgia, VT, and her daughter Stacie Longley and her spouse Timothy Longley of Sheldon, VT, 2 grandchildren, Katie Cyr and Mallory Downs, 2 great-grandchildren, Elliott and Vivianne, and her sister Veronica Brock of St. Albans.
June was preceded in death by her parents, her brothers Richard and Joseph Bevins, her sisters Judy Wimble, Penny Martell, Sandra Glista, Deborah and Madonna Bevins.
A Remembrance Gathering and interment will be held November 5, 2025, at 1:00 PM, in Sanderson Corner Cemetery. A Time of Reflection will be held in the Brady & Levesque Funeral Home, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
