Justin S. Carroll

Justin S. Carroll, age 42, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, February 24th, 2026, at his mother's residence in Muncie Indiana. Justin was born December 3, 1983, in Muncie to Dave and Annette Carroll. He was a graduate of Delta High School then went into the Carpenters Union.

Justin was a proud union carpenter who took great pride in his trade. With skilled hands and a strong work ethic, he dedicated himself to building with precision and care. He valued the brotherhood of his union and the friendships he formed on the job, earning respect for his reliability and craftsmanship.

Outside of work, Justin found his greatest joy in the outdoors and in friendly competition. He loved playing softball and spending time hunting and fishing-moments that brought him peace, excitement, and lasting memories with those he cared about. Whether on the field or in the woods, Justin felt most at home doing the things he loved alongside family and friends.

Justin is survived by his father, David Carroll; his mother, Annette Carroll; his sister, Nichole Carroll; and his beloved daughter, Nevaeh Lake, who was the light of his life. He cherished being a father above all else, and his love for Nevaeh was unwavering and unconditional.

At just 42 years old, Justin's passing leaves a deep void in the hearts of all who knew him. He will be remembered for his strength, loyalty, hardworking spirit, and the love he gave so freely. His memory will live on in the stories shared, the lessons he taught, and the lives he touched.
