Justin was a beloved son, brother, uncle, and friend whose warm heart, humor, and kindness touched everyone who knew him. He had a gift for making others feel welcome and cherished, and his presence will be deeply missed.
He is survived by his grandmothers, Eleanor Shaffer and Maureen Yankovich; his father, Frederick Norman Shaffer Jr.; his mother, Pat Shaffer; his brother, Frederick Norman Shaffer III, and sister-in-law, Francesca Shaffer; his sister, Kelly Portella, and brother-in-law, Steven Portella. Justin was a devoted uncle to his four nieces and nephews, who brought him great joy, and he is also remembered with love by many cousins and extended family members.
Justin's life was a testament to love, family, and connection. His legacy will live on in the memories and hearts of those who were blessed to share in his life.
Services will be held at St. Maria Goretti Banquet Hall on September 20, 2025 from 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm. Everyone welcome. Casual attire.
