Justin Anthony Sims was a gift given by God to Willie and Rita Sims on July 11, 1995 of Pittsburgh, Pa. Justin arrived in their lives "just in time "and that is why he was named Justin.
He was educated in the Pittsburgh Public School System and later transferred to Imani Christian Academy where he graduated in 2013. Justin attended Job Corp and was placed into CCAC. He later attended ITT Technical Institute where he studied HAVAC. Justin gave his life to Christ at the young age of eight. Justin was baptized at St. Paul Baptist Church of Pittsburgh. He later joined St. James Baptist Church of Homewood where served as an usher and trustee.
Justin had a special relationship with his family. Jus and his grandmother had a special song they sang all the time. "Grandma, I love you a bushel and a peck, and a hug around your neck: a pile and a heap and a talking in my sleep about you! " He also has a special nickname given to him by his two cousin's Ta-Sha and Ashlee, he's was affectionately known as "Chunk."
Justin later developed a love for music. He enjoyed Hip Hop and Rap music. He was affiliated with many music organization in the Pittsburgh area. He has a collection of music which can be found on Sound Cloud.
On September 13, 2021 Justin received his wings! He is preceded in death by his Grandmother Mary Elsie Sims, grandfather Willie Gene Sims, Sr and Aunt Diane Mull. He leaves to cherish his memory, Rita Sims- mother, Willie Gene Sims, Jr - father, Willie Szafranski - brother, Michelle Szafranski- sister, Rufus and Gloria Smith -grandparents. Aunts - Roslyn, Vickie, Marcia, Robbin, Uncles- Darryel, Cleat. Justin has an amazing group of friends that have turned into his brothers: Michael, Greg, Nathan, Drayvon, Trevor, and Isaiah and host of family members and friends.
