Surviving family includes his parents- Briar Daniel Chesnut and Kourtney Nicole Padgett of Washington, IN: three siblings- Briar Chesnut II, Rowan Wood, and Kori Wood: maternal grandparents- Chastity Wilcox and Mark York both of Bridgeport, IL: paternal grandparents- Bret Shoals and Vicki Chesnut both of Washington, IN.
Kaizen was preceded in death by his maternal grandpa, Kenneth Neil Padgett, and a brother in infancy, Kaleb Neil Padgett.
Cunningham-Young Funeral Home assisted his family with arrangements.
