Kalin Edwards Culp, 30, of Bayard, passed away on October 3, 2025, in Cumberland, with his family by his side. He was born on July 15, 1995, in Oakland and is survived by his parents, Vince and Darla (Otto) Culp.
Kalin enjoyed outdoor activities. He loved spending time in nature, whether hunting at dawn, fishing in calm waters, or exploring rugged trails on his four-wheeler. As a member of the Mt. Top Hunting Club, he appreciated the camaraderie and thrill of the wild, which always lifted his spirits.
Along with his parents, he is survived by his sister, Kelly Garland, and her husband Jayson of Hagerstown, as well as their daughter, Elliott Garland; and his grandfather, Charles Culp, Sr.
Friends will be received on Wednesday, October 8, 2025, from 4 to 8 PM, at the Fredlock & Fenner Funeral Homes, P.A. - Oakland Chapel. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 9, 2025, at 10 AM in the funeral home with Pastor Sam Moon officiating. Interment will follow in the Bayard Cemetery.
