Mrs Kanta Sunder Raj

Sunder Raj, Kanta, age 87 a longtime resident of Oradell died peacefully on Monday, January 15, 2024. Beloved wife of Komandur Sunder Raj. Devoted mother of Sunil Sunder Raj and his wife Kinnari. Loving grandmother of Preena and Yash. Kanta was the dear sister of Om Sharma. She was predeceased by her sisters, Anjana Kohli, Subhash Lal and Madhu Vohra as well as her brother Atam Sondhi. Kanta was the owner of her family's residential real estate business which she personally ran for many years. She was also a member of the Book and Needle Club. Family and friends are invited to visit Friday, 9-10Am at the Volk Leber Funeral Home, 268 Kinderkamack Rd., Oradell. A Hindu service will begin at 10:15AM. Cremation to follow at East Ridgelawn Crematory, Clifton, NJ. In lieu of flowers donations can be made in Kanta's name to Community Food Bank of NJ
