Publish in a newspaper

Karen Marie (Tittle) Berry, age 60, of Erwin, passed away on Wednesday, October 8, 2025, at Johnson City Medical Center. A native of Erwin, Karen is a daughter of Lydia Marie (Renfro) Tittle and the late James K. Tittle. She was a loving mother, daughter, and sister who enjoyed crocheting. Karen used to love playing video games when she was younger, but most of all she loved taking care of her son, Josh. In addition to her father, Karen is preceded in death by her mother-in-law, Mary Berry and her grandmother, Mary Renfro.
In addition to her mother, Karen Marie (Tittle) Berry has left behind to cherish her memory: her son, Josh Berry, of Erwin; daughter, Jessica Berry, of Gray; granddaughter, Kylie Berry, of Greeneville; grandson, Jason Berry, of Gray; sister, Tammy Reiss (Mike), of Cleveland, Ohio; and several nieces, nephews, cousins, and other family members and friends who loved her dearly.
The family respectfully requests the honor of your presence as we offer tribute and remember the life of Karen Marie (Tittle) Berry, in a funeral service to be held at 1:00 pm on Tuesday, October 14, 2025, in the chapel at Valley Funeral Home. Pastor Brian Brown and Reverend Richard Tittle will officiate. A visitation period to share memories and offer support to the family will begin at 12:00 pm and will continue until service time at Valley Funeral Home. A graveside committal service will be held in Bumpus Cove Cemetery following the funeral service on Tuesday. Those attending the committal service should meet at Valley Funeral Home by 1:30 pm on Tuesday to go in procession to the cemetery. Serving as active pallbearers will be Tony Barnett, Logan Barnett, Billy Freeman, Mike Kennison, Donnie White, and David Seabach.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made in Karen's name to the Alzheimer's Association at https://donorservices.alz.org
