Patsy "Gail" Randolph, age 77, passed away on Tuesday, March 18, 2025, at Johnson City Medical Center. Gail was a lively soul who loved to dance, laugh, and sing. She was selfless and helped many people throughout the years. She loved God, family, friends, neighbors, and our country. She will be missed dearly. Gail was preceded in death by her parents, Jobie and Mae Randolph, and her son, Richard Allen Story.
She leaves behind three daughters, Angelia Luttrell, Pam Barnes, and Teresa Krause. Gail also leaves behind grandchildren Allen Casey Story, Sarah Coffey, Jake McIntosh, Bianca Stone, Olivia Bell, and Sophie Krause; and many loved great-grandchildren, siblings, extended family, friends, and neighbors.
Gail has chosen to be cremated. The family respectfully requests the honor of your presence as we offer tribute and remember the life of Gail Randolph in a graveside committal service to be held at 3:00 pm on Saturday, April 5, 2025, in Bumpus Cove Cemetery. Pastor Estal Williams will officiate. Those attending the committal service should meet at Bumpus Cove Cemetery by 2:45 pm on Saturday for the service.
