Karen S. Dickmann, 66, of Shelbyville passed away Monday, July 21, 2025 at her residence.
She was born February 16, 1959 in Paducah, KY to Stephen Clark and Ruth (Vickers) Clark.
Karen worked at Anthem Blue Cross for 26 years. She was an avid sewer. Karen enjoyed all animals and watching birds. She loved taking care of her plants and flowers. Karen had a great heart and would help anyone that needed anything.
She married Rod Dickman on February 16, 2014 and he survives.
Karen is also survived by her sons, Ryan (wife, Deanna) Piercy of Whiteland, and Joe (wife, Kim) Dickmann, her daughter, Amenda (husband, Mike) Bunton, her son, Will (Aalia) Dickmann; her grandchildren, Kylee, Emma, Blake, Christian, Luke, Matthew, Sam, Alex, Charlotte, Amira, Maryam, and Nabeel; her great-grandson, Damien Griffith; her sister, Doris (husband, Kris) Martin, several nieces and nephews, and best friends, Brenda King, Shannon Thornburg, Alvina Terrell, and Diane Brunner.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Stephen and Ruth Clark and her brother, David Clark.
Visitation will be Thursday, July 24, 2025 from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Murphy-Parks Funeral Service, 703 S. Harrison Street, Shelbyville, IN 46176.
Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Friday, July 25, 2025 at the funeral home with Dr. Robb Barlow officiating.
Burial will be in Forest Hill Cemetery.
Funeral Directors, Greg Parks, Sheila Parks and Stuart Parks are honored to serve Karen's family.
