Karen A. Falk, 79, of Overland Park, Kansas passed away peacefully on August 16, 2025 after a long battle with dementia.
She was born April 29, 1946 in Topeka, Kansas to Louis F. Falk and Virgie A. (Teske) Falk who both preceded her in death.
Karen graduated from Kansas State University in Interior Design. She owned a health food store in Prairie Village, Kansas called “The Good Earth.” She co-authored a nutritional data book. After several years, she retired from ETC, a market research and survey company in Olathe, Kansas. She was an animal lover, especially cats. She took in disabled and stray cats. She was devoted to family and friends and had a generous and faithful heart.
She is survived by her sister Susan K. (William) Jones of Olathe, Kansas and nephews Matthew M. (Leah) Jones of Castle Rock, Colorado, Nicklas J. (Samantha) Jones, of Overland Park, Kansas and niece Kayla K. (Anthony) Johnson of St. Augustine, Florida. Karen is also survived by seven great nieces & nephews, Charlotte, Kristen, Danni, Devyn, Luke, Jack and Kinley.
