Karen Fallon Obituary
Beloved daughter of the late Daniel R. and MaryEllen (Matson) Fallon, Karen was born in Pottstown, Pennsylvania on February 5, 1957. A graduate of Pottsgrove High School and Albright College, Karen moved to Pittsburgh in 1976.
Karen was very active in Republican politics and always spoke of the time she worked with the late State Representative Elaine Farmer as "the best job in the world". She loved the campaign trail, but her absolute favorite part of the job was managing the local office because of the joy she took in helping others.
Karen took loving care of her parents throughout their long illnesses.
Among Karen's great pleasures were working in her garden, reading, crafting and of course her beloved dogs. The neighborhood dogs also knew that they might get a treat when their humans walked them past Karen's house!
Karen is survived by her sister Deborah Fallon, her cousin Paul Hines, and her godmother Mary Carole Storme.
Family will welcome friends on Wednesday from 3-7pm at Schellhaas Funeral Home, Inc., 388 Center Avenue, West View PA 15229. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday at 10am at Our Lady of Mount Carmel, St Sebastian Church.
In lieu of flowers the family appreciates a donation to the charity of your choice.

My deepest condolences to family. I graduated with Karen Pottsgrove class of 1975 and shared a birthday month (my birthday Feb 17th, 1957). As usual we lost touch over the years, but I still remember the good times!
