Karen Kay (Glenn) Kidd was born in Garden City, Kansas, on November 13, 1966 to Dewey Franklin and Marjorie Dean (Goertz) Glenn. She left this life on September 3, 2025, also in Garden City.

Karen was raised in Garden City, where she graduated high school and attended classes at GCCC. She enjoyed arts and crafts, especially cross stitching.

Karen was preceded in death by her parents, and her sister, Sondra (Glenn) Foth.

She is survived by three sons, Glenn Kidd, James Kidd, and Johnathon Kidd, her four brothers, Donald Glenn, Ricky Glenn, Kenneth Glenn, and Jerry Glenn, and numerous extended family members and friends.

A private service will take place on September 8, 2025, at Valley View Cemetery. The family suggests memorial contributions to the Karen Kidd Memorial Fund in care of Garnand Funeral Home of Garden City.
