On October 8, 1972 at St. Clare of Assisi Catholic Church in The Bronx, NY, she married Salvatore Napolitano; who survives her at home.
Along with her beloved husband of 53-years Sal, Karen is survived by her three sons, Michael, Joseph and Vincent Napolitano; her two grandchildren Francesca and Andrea. She is also survived by her one sister and three brothers: Kathy, Salvatore, Anthony and Thomas Cannizzaro.

Our thoughts and prayers go out to the family of Karen "KK" Napolitano. KK greeted us with open arms when I joined the Marriott Residence Inn years ago in Fishkill, NY and became instantly family. We remained in touch over the years. KK will forever be loved and dearly missed.
