Her "X" lived to the West and her mother and hour to the East. Afraid of them both, she spent her final week and the end of her life somewhere in between, curled up in a motel room. She almost made it to her new life, but, was too afraid of her mother. Now she is FINALLY at Rest and Peace.

I have such fond memories of Karen from my early childhood years. Karen was 5 years older than I was and I always thought it was so much fun when Karen came to visit. I was the oldest of all of my cousins but, when Karen was around, she would spoil me in the sweetest little ways and I just loved having an older "cousin" around! We lost touch over the years but I always smile when she crosses my mind. I was terribly sad to hear of her passing. She was so special to me and she will be missed by all who knew her, I'm sure! Rest in peace, sweet cousin!
