Karen Gay (Harris) Watts, of Willard Missouri born to Lawrence and Leona (Vaughan) Harris in Springfield Missouri May 10, 1947, passed away Thursday, December 15, 2022, leaving 75 years, 7 months, and 5 days of memories to cherish. She battled dementia for many years before passing in her sleep.
Karen worked as a manager for Sears for 30 years.
Karen is preceded in death by her husband of 49 years, Jimmie Watts, and remembered with love by her sons Kelly and Jimmie, and her daughters Karen (Christy), Julie, Susan and Amy.
Karen was immensely proud of her numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren. And she was always happy to spoil them or rock them to sleep. When she wasn't chasing children, she was planting beautiful flower gardens.
Karen leaves behind beautiful memories and will be missed by all who knew her.
Her memorial service will be held Wednesday, December 21, 2022 at 10:00am.
