Katherine Ann Adams

Katherine Ann Adams, 58, of Paris Crossing, passed away at 6:30 a.m. on Sunday, November 2, 2025, at her residence.
Born September 21, 1967, in Seymour, she was the daughter of Jerry and Phyllis (Marksberry) Cassetty. Katherine was a 1986 graduate of Seymour High School.
Katherine worked as a team leader and quality manager for NVIC in North Vernon for 22 years, from 2000-2022. She enjoyed spending time with her family and going to yard sales. Katherine was a "stuck in the 80's" girl and liked listening to and attending Backstreet Boys and New Kids on the Block concerts.
Survivors include her son, Dustin (Lacey) Pelfrey of Paris Crossing; her daughter, Kaitlynn (Ryan) Barnes of Paris Crossing; parents, Jerry and Phyllis Cassetty of Paris Crossing; and grandchildren, Jace Pelfrey of Paris Crossing and Colten and Eli Pelfrey, both of Seymour.
She was preceded in death by her brother, Brian Scott Cassetty and sister, Sharon K. Cassetty.
A funeral service for Katherine will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, November 10, 2025, at the Dove-Sharp & Rudicel Funeral Home and Cremation Service in North Vernon with evangelist Daniel Ison officiating. The visitation for family and friends will be from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service. The burial will be in the Vernon Cemetery.
Memorials may be made through the funeral home in honor of Katherine for funeral expenses.
