Katherine Ramstad Obituary
Kay was born in Norwich, Connecticut on October 05, 1956 to Chester & Alice Wieczorek. Kay enjoyed dancing, shopping, & being with her friends and family. Kay attended Quinnipiac University, where she studied Physical Therapy. In 1985, Kay and her husband, David Ramstad, moved to Virginia Beach, Virginia.
Kay was preceded in death by her parents Chester & Alice and is survived by her husband of 45 years, David Ramstad; her children Ryan, Corey, Kyle, Bryce, Brady, and Alyssa; her daughters-in-law Dyan, Melissa, Alyson, and Heather; her grandchildren Stella, Archie, Hudson, Miles, Brighton, Adelyn, and Merrick; and her sister, Linda.
The services in remembrance of Kay will be held this weekend.
For all events, we are encouraged to wear colorful outfits as Kay loved bright colors and her favorite color was pink.
Wake - 6pm on Friday at H.D. Oliver Funeral Home

Funeral - 10am Saturday at St. Nicholas Catholic Church.

Procession immediately following funeral service to Princess Anne Cemetery

Reception - There will be a reception at St. Nicholas after the burial.

Mrs. Ramstad was always so fun and outgoing. I too have many fond memories of being at the Ramstad house over the summers and holidays at chatting with her around the table every year. My condolences go out to your whole family.
