Kathleen (Chiocchi) Altilio, 75, of Clifton, passed away on February 25, 2023. Born in Paterson, she was a lifelong resident of Clifton. A parishioner of St. John Kanty RC Church, Clifton, Kathleen was a member of the Senior Groups at St. John Kanty, St. Paul's and St. Andrew's RC Churches. Kathleen loved to read, and worked for Client Logic in Clifton for many years. She enjoyed church bus trips to Atlantic City and Lancaster County, PA. She also enjoyed her trips with her daughter Christine and her husband John to Vermont. She spent every Sunday at her daughter Barbara's house. She always enjoyed spending time with Lily, their family dog.
Beloved wife of Deacon Robert Altilio. Devoted mother of Christine Greenfield and her husband John, and Barbara Altilio. Dear sister of Barbara Croteau and her husband Larrie. Loving aunt of Wayne, Jeffrey, Danielle, Julie and her husband Johan and their daughter Alexia. Dear sister in law of Rita Altilio, Ronald Allen and his wife Luz-Marie Allen, and the late Jean-Luc Ruelle.
Visiting Thursday 4-8 PM at the Shook Funeral Home, 639 Van Houten Ave., Clifton. Funeral Friday 8:45 AM at the funeral home and 10 AM at St. John Kanty RC Church, Clifton. Cremation will be private.
In lieu of flowers, donations made to the Ramapo-Bergen Animal Refuge, Inc., www.rbari.org in memory of Kathleen, would be greatly appreciated.
