Kathleen A. Grau, 71, of Piqua, Ohio, passed away Saturday, June 21, 2025, at Koester Pavilion in Troy. She was born June 20, 1954, in Piqua, Ohio, to the late Kenneth and Dolores (Agenbroad) Dye. She married Mark Grau on March 23, 1973 in Piqua and he preceded her in death on January 8, 2023.
Kathleen will be missed and forever remembered by her loving family, one Son: Robert Grau, Piqua, OH; one Daughter and Son in law: Anne (Brian) Cron, Dayton, OH; one Brother and sister-in-law: Dennis (Elizabeth) Dye, Medford, OR; one Sister: Lori (Dave) Dill, Piqua, OH.
Kathleen was preceded in death by her parents, her loving husband, her sisters: Lisa Bowman, and Joni Dankworth, her brother: Jeff Dye, and one granddaughter: Anna Marie Rader.
Kathleen graduated from Piqua Central High School in 1973 and was a lifelong member of The Salvation Army. She enjoyed camping, babysitting her nieces and nephews, as well as many different arts and crafts.
A Celebration of Kathleen's Life will be held at 1:00 PM on Saturday June 28, 2025, at the Piqua Salvation Army 129 S. Wayne St. with Majors Herb and Angie Carter officiating. The family will receive friends on Saturday, June 28, 2025 from 12:00pm to 1:00pm at The Salvation Army.
Memorial Contributions may be made in honor of Kathleen to: Piqua Salvation Army 129 S. Wayne St. Piqua, Ohio 45356.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Melcher-Sowers Funeral Home in Piqua, OH.
