Kathleen C. Mantz

Kathleen C. Mantz, 82, of Coplay passed away peacefully on January 1, 2026, at St. Luke's Hospital – Allentown. Born in Hokendauqua, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Catherine (Miller) Kennedy.
She was the loving wife of Paul H. Mantz with whom she shared 61 years of marriage.
Kathleen was a 1961 graduate of Whitehall High School. She was a sales associate at Kohl's retiring after nearly 20 years of employment.
She was a long-time member of Holy Trinity Roman Catholic Church in Egypt.
Kathy took pride in everything she did. She found joy in the simple things like baking, sewing, crafting, gardening and knitting. She loved Snoopy and The Peanuts Gang. Her legacy of love, kindness and strength will live on in the hearts of those who knew her. Her memory will forever be a source of comfort to those who loved her.
She is survived by her husband, Paul, daughter Susan, sons Stephen and wife Renee, Daniel and wife Jennifer, David and wife Steph; grandchildren Alex, Aaron, Tyler, Lauren, Lucas, Andrew, Noah, Sadie and six grand dogs. She was predeceased by her siblings Joanne, Rosemarie and Donald.
There will be a calling period on Friday, January 9, 2026, from 9:30 a.m. – 10:30 a.m. at Brubaker Funeral Home, 234 Walnut St., Catasauqua. A funeral service will follow at 10:30 a.m. in the parlor. Interment to follow service at Resurrection Cemetery in Allentown.
