Kathleen Tompa Obituary
She was the daughter of the late Herman and Patsy Hayes Moore.
Kathleen had worked in the food service industry. She had lived here for 26 years moving from Palmetto, Fla., to Murphy.
Kathleen loved to sit on the porch and watch her critters. She loved watching Food Network, the Weather Channel, reading cookbooks and trying new recipes. She also enjoyed playing cards and going fishing.
Surviving Kathleen are her husband, Gary Tompa; sons, Eric Drew Tompa, and Robert Tompa and wife Jenna; daughters, D'Lynn Wendt and husband Jeremy, Jolene Tompa and Tammy Tompa; brother, Trent Moore and wife Tammy; seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Friday, Sept. 19, at Townson-Rose Funeral Home Chapel in Murphy with Pastor Casey Wilson officiating.
Townson-Rose Funeral Home is in charge of all arrangements.
