Kathleen Mary Tompkins

Kathleen Mary Tompkins, 64, of Follansbee, WV, passed away on Monday, May 19, 2025, at WVU Medicine – Weirton Medical Center.
Born on February 14, 1961, in Ramapo, NY, Kathleen was the daughter of the late Darryl Tompkins and Patricia (Foley) Woods. She worked as a Senior Payroll Clerk at Rockland Community College and will be remembered by many.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her stepfather, Arthur Woods; her fiancé, Peter Enea; and two sisters, Diane Polhemus and Lynn Robertson.
Kathleen is survived by her three children, James Pilcher of Harriman, NY, Kiya Bates of Weirton, WV, and Amber McEvoy and her husband, Matt, of Follansbee, WV; six grandsons, Jeremy Iams, Rian Harkins, Josh McEvoy, Clinton Bates, Sebastian Bates, and Kolten Bates; her sister, Nina Wittbrodt; two brothers-in-law, Tod Polhemus and George Robertson; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
