I briefly helped care for Kathleen, and she was such a sweetheart. Her + Buttermilk really made an impression! Thinking of her family whom she thought the world of!

She was my step-mom. I had decided tonight, roughly fifteen minutes ago, that I wanted to contact her and show my children I have an extra mom too. Just like my kids do. Maybe visit with her in the future, since they have no grandparents to speak of. She used to take me fishing and we used to garden in the wooden boat in the front yard. Sweetie and Bullet were her dogs names. She taught me how to make a whistle out of grass, and never let me eat cereal with too much sugar. I remember her dancing, in a restaurant with a disco floor, to the song "These Boots Are Made For Walkin'", by Nancy Sinatra. And riding with her in a blue Chevy Nova. So many good memories. I just wish I hadn't decided too late. I will never forget her as long as I live. She was always very good to me. I will always think very highly of her. I'm very sorry for your loss.
