Graveside Funeral Service for Kathrine Watts, 94, of Gadsden will be Wednesday, July 2, 2025 at 11:00 AM at New Bethel Cemetery with Rev. Mark Gidley officiating the service.

Ms. Watts passed away June 29, 2025 at her home.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Willie and Maida Chapman, her brothers. Grady, Billy, Alton, JT, Earl, Wayne and Daniel Chapman.

Left to cherish the memory of her is her son, Joe Lee Spence (Sandy), her grandchildren. Jeremy Spence and Brandy Spence Armstrong, several great grandchildren, her sisters in law, Margie Chapman and Joan Chapman and several nieces and nephews.

Ms. Watts was of the Pentecostal faith and loved the Lord. She enjoyed sewing beautiful quilts and watching birds. She will be deeply missed.

Pallbearers will be family and friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests a donation be made to the charity of your choice.
