Kathryn Jane Harbourt, 82, of Belmont, Ohio passed away on October 10, 2025 at Wheeling Hospital. She was born on September 21, 1943 in Scio, Ohio to the late Arthur and Hazel (Kaiser) Pfouts.
Kathryn was a homemaker and a caretaker. She was a loving and caring mother to all the children of the family, especially her grandchildren and great- grandchildren. Kathryn was passionate about her faith and earned a degree in Biblical Studies at Liberty University in Lynchburg, VA. She was an avid collector of angels. She loved roses; red was her favorite, and anything with a rose pattern. She will be dearly missed by all who knew her.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Richard Harbourt, Sr.; siblings, Arthur Pfouts, Jr., Janice Mansfield, Donna Snodgrass.
Left to cherish her memory are children, Susan Weaver, Richard Lee Harbourt, Jr., Charlyn Harbourt; grandchildren, Michael Harbourt, Christopher Biery, Justin (Jennifer) Biery, Terra Jeanette Weaver; great-grandchildren, Christian, Meredith, Christine, Jalyn, Jacob, Timmy; brother, Thomas Pfouts
The visitation for family and friends will be on Wednesday, October 15, 2025 from 1pm until the time of service at 2pm at the Wilson Funeral Home, Bethesda Chapel, 322 North Main Street, Bethesda, Ohio 43719. Burial will follow at the Uniontown Cemetery in Morristown.
