Kathryn E. Parker, 78, of Perrysburg Township, Ohio passed away on October 8, 2025, at Landings of Oregon. She was born on February 24, 1947, in Elmore Ohio to Warren and Lucille (Wittman) Draper. She was a graduate of Woodmore High School. She was married to her loving husband, Billy Parker Sr., for many years before his passing in 2024. Kathryn worked for NAMI One Government Center for many years, before retiring. Kathryn was a past member of Cedar Creek Church. She loved traveling, to places like Hawaii, Alaska and the Bahamas in her younger days. Kathryn loved her doxins, gardening, feeding the birds and doing word searches.
Surviving in her family are her children, Billy (Amy) Parker Jr. and Bobby (Barbra) Parker; 8 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren; and brother, Gene Draper. She was preceded in death by her, husband, and parents.
Visitation for family and friends will be held at Eggleston Meinert & Pavley Funeral Home, Millbury Chapel on Friday, October 17 from 11:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. Funeral services will begin in the funeral home on Saturday, October 18 at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow in Restlawn Memorial Park.
