Kathryn Burns Sherron, 89, passed away on Wednesday, August 20, 2025 at her residence. She enjoyed going to church, reading, and sewing. One of Kathryn's favorite pastimes was to enjoy time spent with her sisters. She was a member of Iuka church of Christ.
She is survived by her son, Jeff Sherron; her daughter, Cindy Grubbs (Craig); her three grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren; her brother, John Holley Burns and her sisters, Dorothy Bartkoviah and Marie Cordova, and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, John Holley Burns, Sr. and Hilda; husband, Charles Sherron; her sister, Norma Gange; and daughter-in-law, Kathy Sherron.
Cutshall Funeral Home in Iuka, MS is entrusted with the arrangements. A memorial service will be held on Friday, August 29, 2025, at 11:00 a.m., at the Iuka church of Christ, officiated by Lance Foster. Visitation will be held from 9:00 a.m. until the time of service.
