Katie is survived by her loving parents, John C. Urquhart and Tiffany Urquhart (nee Domino); Beloved sisters: Christina Domino and Kelly Urquhart; Dear grandparents: Jim Domino, Lillian Domino, and Pamela Urquhart, as well as her beloved dog, Kain. Katie will be missed by many family and friends.
Katie is preceded in death by her loving grandfather, John Urquhart.
A memorial service will be held for Katie on Friday, September 22, 2023 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Geils Funeral Home 260 West Irving Park Road in Wood Dale, Illinois 60191. For information, please call: (630) 766-3232
