She is predeceased by her parents Herman and Carla, and her siblings Rick, Gil and Brenda Sickler.
Surviving are her loving husband Marc Abramson, her beloved children Kenneth Kassing, Kevin Kassing, Kimberly Creange, Marc Abramson Jr., and Annette Smith, her cherished grandchildren Lillyanne, Jacob, Julieanna, Connor, Reese, Luke and Brooke and a host of other relatives and friends who will miss her dearly.
A memorial viewing will be held Wednesday, October 29th at the Carmen F. Spezzi Funeral Home 15 Cherry Lane, Parlin, from 5pm to 9pm. Services will be held at 6:30pm on Wednesday evening.
Kathy was never one for flowers so she would have preferred that in lieu of flowers, donations in Kathy name may be made to the Somerset Children's Center 377 Union Ave. Bridgewater, NJ 08807.

Kathy Abramson, age 66 of Sayreville, passed away Tuesday, October 21, 2025 at her home, with her loving family by her side. Born in San Antonio, TX, Kathy had lived in the Sayreville area for the past 30 years. Kathy was the billing manager for Ivy Pediatrics for 12 years. She loved country line dancing and camping. She was a former Girl Scout

When Kathy was with Marc DJing the line dancing, I remember her bringing her Mom, Carla to most of the dances. We aso enjoyed watching Julianna when she was a young child. Just another way that her joy in her family was apparent. My heart goes out to all of you.
