Kathy Ann Purvis Obituary
Mrs. Kathy Ann Purvis, age 66, entered into rest on Monday, June 30, 2025 at her home. A Celebration of Life Funeral Service will be held at 10:30 AM on Thursday, July 3, 2025 at Mt. Croghan Baptist Church by Pastor Rodney Nicholson with burial to follow in the Thompson Creek Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will greet friends at the cemetery immediately following the committal service.
Mrs. Purvis was born on January 23, 1959 in Chesterfield, SC to the late Harold and Margaret Lear. She was a member of Mt. Croghan Baptist Church and loved her family dearly. She enjoyed being outside, and especially adoring flowers of all sorts.
She is survived by her husband of 42 years, John Purvis of the home; aunts, Pauline Hurst and Doris Jean Gleich both of Chesterfield, SC.
Memorial contributions may be made to Mt. Croghan Baptist Church, 14 Church Street, Mt. Croghan SC 29727.
Miller-Rivers-Caulder Funeral Home (www.mrcfuneralhome.com) of Chesterfield, SC is serving the Purvis family.
