Kathy Irene Campbell, was born on the 12th day of July, 1955 in Dos Palos, California; Where she traveled with her family to many different places before settling in Muldrow, Oklahoma, and she started and raised her own family. Kathy passed peacefully from this earth on the 10th day of August, 2025, in Fort Gibson, Oklahoma, and was 70 years of age.

Kathy was cherished for her gentle spirit, dedication to her family, her love for Simon, Lucky, and Motley her beloved fur babies and every other cat in the neighborhood.

Kathy loved being surrounded by her family and friends, whether it was for a family meal or game night. She loved a game of BINGO, a variety of board and card games. Kathy loved the Holidays. One of her favorite things was to watch all the kids play and enjoy themselves.

Kathy was well known in the small town of Fort Gibson, as she retired from Harps, the local grocery store after nearly 25 years of dedicated employment. She provided her many customers with friendly service and a loving demeanor.

Kathy is survived by her 4 daughters, Charlotte and husband, Noah Frisinger of Fort Gibson, Crystal Jackson of Muskogee, Cheryl and husband, Kevin Benson of Tahlequah, Carla and husband, Noni Olvera of Muskogee, and stepdaughter, Autumn and husband, John Ellis of Tahlequah. Kathy was blessed with 14 grandkids and 8 great grandchildren.

Kathy was preceded in death by her late husband, John Campbell of Fort Gibson, her parents, Irene Pansy and Howard Milton, her brother, Melvin Milton, and her son-in-law Kelley Jackson of Muskogee and many other loved ones.

Celebration of Life services will be held Saturday, the 16th day of August, 2025 at 2 o'clock in the afternoon at the Fort Gibson United Methodist Church, located at 302 Beauregard, Fort Gibson, Oklahoma.

Light refreshments to follow for friends and family.
