Kathy Conrad, 83 of Lancaster, Ohio passed away on Thursday, October 23, 2025 at the Pickering House surrounded by her family. She was born on December 24, 1941 in Baltimore, Ohio to the late Frederick and Fern Keiser. Kathy was a graduate of Lancaster High School Class of 1960.
She was a member of Grace United Church of Christ and volunteered at the Fairfield Medical Center. She enjoyed her family and spending time with them.
Kathy is survived by her husband of 60 years, Don A. Conrad; children, Dawn (Bryan) Fox of Springfield and Captain Eric (Beverly) Conrad of the US Navy; grandchildren, Sean (Monique) Fox, Christopher “Chris” (Whitney) Fox, Alexa (Peter Burg) Conrad and Jolee Conrad; great grandchildren, Noah Fox and one on the way; brother, David (Pat) Keiser of Canal Winchester and several nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held Wednesday, October 29, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. at Grace United Church of Christ with Rev. Keith McDevitt officiating. Caring Cremation® has taken place by the FRANK E. SMITH FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATORY, LANCASTER, OHIO. Inurnment will be held at a later date. Friends may visit 1 hour prior to the service at the church on Wednesday.
