Kathy Rae Gaultney, age 69 of Aviston, IL, died Thursday, December 26, 2024, in Aviston, IL.
She was born on Thursday, June 30, 1955, the daughter of Roland and Myrna (nee Steiner) Ambuehl.
On Tuesday, October 25, 1983, she married Keith A. Gaultney at EVUCC - Highland, IL, who passed away on Friday, September 22, 1989.
Kathy was born in Highland, Illinois and grew up on the family farm. She attended Highland High School and later earned an Associates Degree. She was a cook for various restaurants in the area. She lived in Troy and St. Jacob over the years. Kathy moved to Centralia Illinois working for ConAgra Company for 9 years. She moved to Aviston Illinois in 2024. She loved cooking, baking and playing cards.
