Keegan L. Neff

Keegan was born May 11,2010 at St John's River District Hospital to James and Debra Neff. For 15 years, he lived a full life trying to enjoy every moment. He loved playing football, basketball, PlayStation with his friends, listening to Juice WRLD and skateboarding. Keegan had a big heart, he loved his family and friends dearly, he also protected everyone. He stood up to bullies when others couldn't and was a loyal ride or die friend. On August 10, 2025 after suffering injuries from being hit by a car, he succumbed to those injuries. Keegan is survived by his mother, Debra Neff, his father, sister, Sami, a brother, aunt, Tonya Holloway, cousins and many friends. Keegan was proceeded in death by his grandparents, Floyd and Skip Neff, Wanda Dawson and Robie Ratliff. Always in our hearts, forever a part of our souls, Loved beyond measure. We miss you.
