Keith Bowen Obituary
Keith Lynn Bowen, 69, of Boonsboro, passed away peacefully on September 4, 2025 at his home.
Born February 17, 1956, in Hagerstown, he was the son of the late Lynn Eugene Bowen and Dorothy Jane (Harp) Dundus of Hagerstown.
Keith graduated from South Hagerstown High School in 1974. He worked as a Disney World Cast Member for 6 years. Later, he worked for over 30 years as a 911 dispatcher for Washington County; where he later retired.
Keith is survived by his loving wife Susan Renee Bowen; daughter: Melinda Schenk and her husband Morris; grandchildren: Evan and Katelyn; and sister; Mary Christine Jeter.
Funeral services will be at 11:00 AM on Tuesday, September 9, 2025 at Rest Haven Funeral Home 1601 Pennsylvania Ave. Hagerstown, MD with Pastor Mark Moretz officiating. Burial will follow in Rest Haven Cemetery.
Friends will be received at the funeral home on Monday, September 8, from 6:00-8:00 PM and Tuesday from 10:00-11:00 AM prior to the service.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Keith's name to: Hospice of Washington County and PanCAN (Pancreatic Cancer Action Network) (Pancreatic Cancer Action Network)
