Keith Darnell Bumbrey was born on June 3rd, 1958 to his parents, the late Dorothy Bumbrey and Robert Bumbrey. He departed his life in the comfort of the Veterans Administration Nursing Center in Philadelphia, PA, where the Nurse said he died peacefully.
Keith was born and raised in the City of Camden, New Jersey. He attended Holy Name Catholic School in Camden, New Jersey.
Keith worked various jobs over the years. He loved working on cars and doing electrical engineering in the Military where he served. He was honorably discharged later on in years. Keith had a passion for working on old cars and fixing them up. He loved sipping on his cans of beer and always saying "I'm not there yet - I'm not there yet". He always said " That's nice, right, that's nice". He enjoyed being around family and friends. Keith enjoyed life. He had a very great sense of humor and always had a joke to make someone smile. He definitely would try to be the life of the party, a fireball. He always had something smart to say or give you some kind of good advice that would lead you into some trouble.
Keith was predeceased by his parents, Dorothy Bumbrey and Robert Bumbrey; His Siblings; Three (3) brothers, Luis, Ronnie, and Norris Bumbrey; Four (4) sisters, Robin, Cloteal, Joyce, and Ruth Bumbrey. Darlene Hicks was his Significant Other for over 47 years. He enjoyed his Life with her.
Keith leaves to cherish his memories, One (1) Daughter, Tameka Teagle (Terry); Four (4) Sons, Michael, Treshawn Parish, Sharron, Shannon Hicks; two (2) Brothers, Robert and Ricky Bumbrey; special great niece Laraine, 17 grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and Friends.
