It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Keith Glatfelter, a beloved husband, stepfather, brother, uncle, and friend.
Born in Detroit, Michigan, to Robert and Ruth Glatfelter , Keith was raised in Novi, Michigan, and later made Florida his home for over 40 years. He lived a remarkable life defined by kindness, curiosity, and adventure. His career in the technology industry took him across the globe, from Japan to Dubai and beyond, where he devoted himself to working on medical devices that saved lives, treated cancer, and enhanced beauty.
Beyond his professional accomplishments, Keith delighted in life’s many joys. He loved dragons and mythology, savored spicy foods, and never passed up the chance to enjoy a good movie. He was also an avid traveler who especially loved cruises with his wife, Vinece. Together they discovered new island waters while embracing her Caribbean culture through live concerts, music, and vibrant celebrations.
Keith is survived by his devoted wife, Vinece Glatfelter; his stepdaughters, Simone Ray and Leslie Williamson; his brother, Arthur Glatfelter; his sister, Diane Priest; his nephews, Alex Glatfelter and Joshua Runner; and his niece, Anne Glatfelter; all of whom loved him dearly and will miss him deeply.
Keith will be remembered for his gentle strength, adventurous spirit, and the love he gave so freely. Though his time with us was far too short, his presence will forever remain in our hearts and memories.
