Obituary of Keith William Henry
Keith Henry, 84, passed away peacefully on May 8, 2025, in Elk Grove, California. Born
on July 8, 1940, in Pontiac Michigan, Keith lived a full and meaningful life rooted in
family, faith, and community.
Keith was a devoted family man whose greatest joy came from spending time with his
loved ones. He is survived by his wife, Raquel Henry, and his five children – Brian, Jeff,
Martha, Patricia, and Manuel – who carry forward his legacy of love and dedication. He
also leaves behind eight grandchildren and four great-grandchildren who brought him
immense pride and happiness. Keith is also survived by his siblings: sisters Ronnie and
Sandy, and brother Pat.
He was preceded in death by his first wife, Barbara, his parents, Leroy and Fern; and
his brother Darryl.
A man of deep faith, Keith was an active member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Elk
Grove, California. His commitment to service extended through his involvement with
the Knights of Columbus, where he found fellowship and purpose in supporting
charitable works and parish life.
Keith had a passion for woodworking – a craft that allowed him to express both
creativity and precision. Some of his pieces live on inside the St. Joseph Church. He
also cherished attending car shows with his son Jeff, sharing a mutual appreciation for
classic automobiles that created lasting memories between them.
Keith's life was one of quiet strength and enduring love. May his memory bring comfort
to those who knew him. A Viewing will be held on May 21, 2025, from 4:00pm to
8:00pm at Sacramento Memorial Lawn, 6100 Stockton Blvd. A Rosary will be held
between 6:00pm and 7:00pm on the night of the viewing. Funeral Services will be held
on May 22, 2025, from 10:30am to 11:30am at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 9961 Elk
Grove Florin Rd., Elk Grove California. Interment will be held at Sacramento Memorial
Lawn following the funeral mass. A reception with the family will be held at the St.
Joseph Parish Hall following the Interment.
