Kelly Marie Delconte, age 52, of Carpentersville, IL, passed away on June 22, 2025. She was born November 29, 1972 in Chicago, IL to her loving parents, Joseph and Joanne (née Stein) Delconte.

Kelly graduated from Dundee-Crown High School. She lived a life full of compassion, laughter, and unwavering devotion to her family and friends.

Kelly had a presence that lit up any room-she was the center of it all. Her warmth and generosity knew no bounds. She wasn't just a mother to her children, but a second mom to many. She gave endlessly of herself, always putting others first and making sure everyone was fed, loved, and comforted.

Cooking was one of Kelly's greatest joys-if you came to her home, you left with a full stomach and an even fuller heart. Music was her constant companion, and her home was often filled with the sounds of her favorite songs, laughter, and stories shared around the kitchen table.

Kelly had a beautiful heart and a sweetness that left a lasting impression on everyone she met. She worried endlessly about others, not out of fear, but out of love. Her compassion, selflessness, and kindness were the cornerstones of her life.

Kelly is survived by her husband, James Stewart; children, Tyler Myers, Whitney Delconte, and Stephanie Hansen; grandchildren, Nehemias Myers, Nekko Myers, Jaidyn Myers, Micheal Myers, Maria Martinez, Tyler Price, and Natalie Price; and cousin, Christine Santucci.

Visitation will be 11:00am until funeral service at 2:00pm, Saturday, June 28, 2025, at Symonds-Madison Funeral Home, 305 Park Street, Elgin, IL 60120. Pastor Walter Blalark will be officiating.
