Kelly Jan McCallum

Kelly Jan McCallum, a devoted wife, loving mother, cherished grandmother, and faithful servant of the Lord, passed away peacefully on October 7, 2025, at the age of 61.
Born on May 11, 1964, Kelly lived a life centered on love, faith, and family. She was married to her beloved husband, Christopher Lynn McCallum Sr., for 43 wonderful years. Together, they built a strong, loving home and raised three children: Christopher Jr., Valerie, and Paige - each of whom she loved unconditionally and supported wholeheartedly throughout their lives.
Kelly was a proud and devoted grandmother to five beautiful grandchildren: Christopher III, Fernanda, Alice, Alexander III, and Abigail. Her heart overflowed with love for them, and she cherished every moment spent in their presence. She was also a loving mother-in-law to Alex DeLeon and Leslie McCallum, whom she welcomed into the family with warmth and open arms.
Kelly found her greatest joy in bringing her family together. She was the heart of every gathering, especially during the holidays, when her love and generosity could be felt through the large, delicious meals she lovingly prepared. Her home was a place of comfort, laughter, and lasting memories.
Above all, Kelly's faith in the Lord Jesus Christ was her foundation and guiding light. She lived with grace, compassion, and a deep desire to serve others. She was always there when someone needed a helping hand, a listening ear, or heartfelt advice - often offering words of wisdom that were honest, caring, and exactly what was needed.
Kelly will be remembered for her strength, her generosity, and the unwavering love she poured into the lives of her family. She was deeply loved and will be deeply missed by all who had the blessing of knowing her.
A service celebrating Kelly's life will be held on October 15 at 10:00 a.m. at Laurel Oaks Funeral Home.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you honor Kelly's memory by spending time with your loved ones, sharing a meal, and offering kindness to someone in need - just as she always did.
